1. Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States (all 50 states plus DC), the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland) and Canada (all provinces and territories). If you are outside these regions, email support@getdermeva.com — we may be able to help on a case-by-case basis as we expand.
2. Shipping rates
We offer flat-rate shipping at checkout and free shipping above a regional order threshold. Exact rates and the free-shipping threshold for your country are displayed at checkout, calculated from your delivery address. Promotional rates and seasonal offers may also apply.
3. Processing time
Orders placed before 2pm EST on a business day are typically picked and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that time, on weekends, or on US public holidays are dispatched the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking the moment your order ships.
4. Transit times
- United States2–5 business days standard; 1–2 business days expedited where offered.
- Canada3–7 business days standard; 2–4 business days expedited where offered.
- United Kingdom4–9 business days standard, including customs clearance; expedited 3–5 business days where offered.
These are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, customs inspection, and peak shopping periods can extend transit by a few days.
5. Tracking
Tracking numbers are emailed when the carrier collects your parcel. If you have not received tracking within one business day of placing your order, check your spam folder first; if it still has not arrived, email support@getdermeva.com with your order number and we will resend it.
6. Customs duties, taxes, and import VAT
Sales tax (United States), GST/HST/PST (Canada) and VAT (United Kingdom) are calculated and collected at checkout where required by law, so most international shipments arrive with no further charges due on delivery.
For shipments where applicable taxes were not collected at checkout (for example, very large orders or specific business shipments), import duties or taxes may be charged by the destination customs authority. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. If a parcel is refused on delivery because of unpaid duties, the cost of return shipping and any incurred fees may be deducted from your refund.
7. Risk and title
Title to the goods passes to you when we dispatch them. Risk of loss or damage in transit is ours until the carrier confirms delivery to your shipping address (or to a person you have authorised to accept delivery). If a parcel is marked "delivered" by the carrier but you cannot find it, please check with neighbours and your building's mailroom first, then email support@getdermeva.com within 7 days so we can open a carrier investigation.
8. Damaged or incorrect deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please follow the steps in our Return Policy. We do not require the damaged product to be returned in most cases.
9. Delivery addresses and re-routes
You are responsible for entering a complete and correct delivery address. We can change a shipping address before the order is picked (typically within one hour of checkout) — email support@getdermeva.com with the change. Once dispatched, address changes depend on the carrier and may incur a re-routing fee.
10. PO boxes and APO/FPO
We can ship to most US PO boxes via USPS. We are not currently able to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or to BFPO addresses in the UK.
