1. Cosmetic product, not a medical device
Dermeva products — including the CollagenicBoost™ GHK-CU Serum V2 — are cosmetic products intended for external use on intact skin. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. They have not been evaluated for medicinal use by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the UK Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS), or Health Canada.
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are taking prescription medication, or are receiving treatment from a dermatologist or doctor, please consult them before introducing a new active skincare product.
2. Patch test before first use
Skin is individual. Even ingredients that are well-tolerated by most people can occasionally cause irritation or allergy. Before first use, apply a small amount of product to the inside of your forearm or jaw and wait 24 hours. If you see redness, itching, swelling, or other irritation, do not use the product on your face. Discontinue use immediately if irritation develops at any time and seek medical advice if it persists.
3. Allergens and ingredients
The full ingredient list (INCI) for each product is printed on the carton and the bottle, and is shown on the relevant product page. We are formulated fragrance-free, vegan, and cruelty-free, but we cannot anticipate every individual allergy. Please read the ingredient list before purchase if you have known allergies or skin sensitivities.
4. Results vary
Statements about skin benefits — including firmness, tone, breakouts, and dark spots — are based on a combination of ingredient research and aggregated user-reported experience. Real outcomes depend on age, skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure, climate, concurrent products, hormonal factors, and consistency of use. We make no guarantee of any specific aesthetic result for any individual.

Articles, FAQs, ingredient explainers, and other educational content on the store are provided for general information only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified healthcare professional or licensed aesthetician.
6. Acceptable use of the store
You agree not to:
- Use the store for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or attempt to disrupt the store or its security measures.
- Submit false reviews or impersonate other people.
- Upload malware or content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that infringes intellectual property.

8. Reporting an adverse reaction
If you experience an adverse reaction you believe is connected to a Dermeva product, stop use immediately and contact us at support@getdermeva.com with your order number, the batch number from the bottle, and a short description of the reaction (a photograph helps). We log every report, will help with returns and refunds, and may need to share information with the relevant cosmetic-safety authority where required by law.
