These Terms govern your use of the Dermeva online store and your purchases of Dermeva products. By visiting the store or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

The store is operated by Dermeva Beauty Group Inc., a Delaware corporation, with its registered place of business at 132 Christiana Mall, Newark, DE 19702, United States.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order.

3. Products and Descriptions

We take care to describe products accurately. Photographs are illustrative; minor variations may occur. Cosmetic products are intended for external use only; always read the on-pack ingredient list and patch-test before first use.

4. Orders, Prices and Payment

  • Prices are shown in your local currency where supported and include VAT in the UK. Sales tax, GST/HST/PST and import duties may apply at checkout or on delivery.
  • Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. out of stock, pricing error, suspected fraud) and will refund any payment taken.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. We do not store full card numbers.

5. Delivery

We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada. See our Shipping Policy for rates, transit times, customs, and risk.

6. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Rights

Our 90-day money-back guarantee is set out in our Refund Policy.

  • UK customers also have a 14-day statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, plus rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, as described). Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
  • Canadian customers retain rights under provincial consumer-protection law.
  • US customers retain rights under federal and state consumer-protection law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the store — text, graphics, photography, the Dermeva and CollagenicBoost™ marks, code — is owned by or licensed to Dermeva Beauty Group Inc. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including reproduction, scraping, or automated extraction, requires our prior written permission.

8. User Content

If you submit a review, photo, or other content, you grant Dermeva a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, display and distribute it in connection with the store and our marketing, with attribution where reasonable. You confirm the content is yours to share.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the store, introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, reverse-engineer or copy our software, submit false information, harass our staff or other users, or use the store for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach.

10. Disclaimers

The store is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties. Statements about skin benefits are based on user-reported experience and ingredient research; results vary. Our products are cosmetic — not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dermeva will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business opportunity. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim and (b) one hundred US dollars (US $100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, defective products under applicable product-liability law, or — for UK customers — the statutory rights described in section 6.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Dermeva and its affiliates against any third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the store, or your infringement of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction — except that:

  • Consumers resident in the UK, EEA, or Canada also benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection laws of their home country or province and may bring proceedings in their home courts.
  • UK consumers may use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on the store and, where appropriate, communicated by email.

15. General

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer) form the complete agreement between you and us.
