How fast will I see results?
It depends on your skin, but here's what most people notice: In the first week, your skin feels softer, calmer, and a little firmer. Nothing dramatic yet. How is this different from everything else I've tried?

How do you ship?
Is this for my skin type?
Every ingredient in the serum was picked for being effective and gentle. That makes the serum a good fit for oily and acne-prone skin, dry and mature skin, combination skin, sensitive skin including rosacea-prone, and all skin tones. If you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients, or a skin condition you're being treated for, check with your dermatologist first. And if it's your first time using an active serum, patch-test a small area on your jaw before going all-in.
Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?
We pack quickly, so you've got about an hour. Email support@getdermeva.com with your order number and what you need changed — we'll catch it if we can. If it's already shipped, the easiest move is to let it arrive and start a return from there.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. If you're outside those regions, email support@getdermeva.com — we're expanding and may be able to help.
How should I store the serum?
Upright, away from direct sunlight, room temperature. A bathroom shelf is fine, but a bedroom drawer is better — keeps the vitamin C stable for longer. Once you break the seal, use it within 12 months. The period-after-opening symbol on the carton has you covered.
How long does one bottle last?
About two months with daily use. The dropper dispenses a controlled amount — three or four drops covers your face and neck without waste. If you're using it morning and evening, you're looking at closer to one month per bottle.
Can I use this with my other skincare?
Yes. The serum layers cleanly under moisturizer and SPF. It plays well with niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, and peptide creams. If you're also using a retinol or a strong exfoliating acid, use those in the evening and the serum in the morning — they don't need to share a step to work. When in doubt, patch-test the combination on your jaw first.
Is Dermeva cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes to both. We don't test on animals at any stage — not us, not our suppliers. Every formula is vegan: no animal-derived ingredients, no beeswax, no lanolin, nothing. The serum is also fragrance-free and free from denatured alcohol and essential oils.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
That's on us. Take a photo of the damage and email it to support@getdermeva.com with your order number. We'll send a replacement within one business day — no need to return the damaged item.
Where's my tracking number?
It comes by email the moment your order ships — usually within a few hours of placing it if you ordered before 2pm EST. Check your spam folder first. If it's been more than one business day and there's still nothing, email support@getdermeva.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at checkout. All transactions are processed over encrypted connections. We never store your card details.
