What is the return window?

You have 90 days from the delivery date to request a refund on any Dermeva product, even if the bottle has been opened. UK customers also have a separate statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

What condition must items be in?

Bottles can be opened and partly used. We may apply a small restocking fee (typically up to 15%) if a returned item arrives damaged through misuse, is missing the carton, or shows signs of tampering.

Are any items final sale?

Gift cards, items marked "Final sale" at checkout, and products purchased from a third-party retailer (please contact that retailer).

How long do refunds take?

We inspect returns within 2 business days and refund to the original payment method. Most banks then post the refund within 3 to 10 business days.

Do customers pay for return shipping?

For damaged, defective, or incorrect orders we cover everything (and usually do not require the item back). For change-of-mind returns the cost of return shipping is yours; we recommend a tracked service.
